If you want to get real creative, you can get a special box to be a treasure chest - and you can have your little "pirates" hunt for the list of needed treasures. This might be a way to get the kids interested if they need more than just nature - add your imagination !
You can take this list along with you and have them hunt for all these items that you can find in nature (or campground) - It is great to introduce the kids to nature that is all around them :O) It is something that a lot of kids that live in more urban areas NEVER see.
